Description
Zelen is an autochthonous grape variety that grows only in Vipava valley in Slovenia. Its funky flowery and fruity aromas are complemented by lavender and rosemary aromas, finished with a gentle scent of cloves. Zelen Santei is light, fresh and mid-bodied, vinified by shorter skin contact, making your summer days nicer.
