Description
The wine is pale pink with an onion-skin hue, brilliantly clear and fairly viscous. The bubbles are fine, numerous and persistent. The bouquet is fruity, fairly intense and quite persistent, with notes of ripe melon, mango and ripe peach. The nose is quite rich.
On the palate, the wine is dry, moderately warm, fresh and flavourful. It is fairly full-bodied and well balanced. Elegant and harmonious.
Recommended with sea bass carpaccio with pomegranate or saffron risotto with chanterelles.
